I like to paint and make things. My background is fine arts, though my passion lies at the intersection of art and design.
Many years ago, I stumbled upon a small room in the Louvre. The walls were painted with a landscape by Corot. His work is exquisite, but this was a complete surprise. The clumsiness of scale. The many unresolved areas. All so unlike his canvases. My idol was suddenly real. And I became a decorative painter.
